3. Select the province where you are currently located.

4. You have the option to enable Snaplii to utilize your Face ID for convenient sign-in, eliminating the need to remember your password.

1. Canadian Phone Number Requirement: Snaplii requires users to have a Canadian phone number. We do not accept virtual phone numbers or numbers from other countries.

2. Verification Message: Ensure that your phone is capable of receiving verification messages to complete the registration process.

To sign in with your Google account on Snaplii, you can directly sign in from the login page after connecting your Google account. Alternatively, you can go to your 'Profile' section and add your Google account for future sign-ins.

If you're already logged into your profile, you can reset your password by following these steps:

1. Click on the icon in the top right corner.
2. Navigate to "Personal Details."
3. Follow the prompts to reset your password. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your identity, and then you can set a new password. Remember, your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 letter and 1 number.

If you're unable to log into your account, simply click on "Forgot Password"to reset your Snaplii account password.

There are numerous factors that may contribute to an account becoming locked or disabled:
1. Entering an incorrect password multiple times.
2. Signing into your account from different devices.
3. Frequently logging in with different Snaplii accounts.

You can regain access to your Snaplii account by signing in on the following day. If you need to unlock your account sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you.

2. After your account has been recently unlocked.
3. If there has been a prolonged period of inactivity on the app.

To modify your user profile, follow these steps:

4. Input your password, make the necessary updates, and then save your changes by clicking "Save."

To change the phone number associated with your Snaplii account, follow these steps: 1. Go to your "Profile" and navigate to "Personal Details." 2. Select the phone number section. 3. Enter your password and the new phone number. 4. Click "Save" to update and save your changes.

How do I redeem the e-gift card purchased on the Snaplii app?

You can redeem your e-gift card either online through the official website or in-store. For specific instructions regarding each brand, simply select the gift card you wish to redeem, and detailed instructions will be provided below.

All your purchased gift cards will be stored in your Snaplii wallet.
For in-store redemption:

1. Inform the cashier that you'd like to use the gift card for payment, and specify the amount you wish to deduct.
*Please ensure that the payment amount using the gift card does not exceed the available balance.

2. Open your Snaplii wallet and select the desired gift card.

3. Present the gift card barcode to the cashier for scanning.

If you've purchased a gift card for yourself, you can locate it in your Snaplii Wallet.

However, if you've sent the gift card as a present, it will be delivered via email. Please ensure to check all your email folders, including junk/spam, for its arrival.

Generally, you will receive your e-gift card immediately. However, there are instances where it may take up to 48 hours. If you haven't received your gift card within this timeframe, please feel free to contact us.

Digital gift cards generally do not come with an expiration date. However, it's important to note that the interpretation of terms and conditions, including any expiration policies, is determined by the individual brand.

You can easily check your card balance by searching for "brand + gift card check balance" on Google. Then, visit the corresponding merchant's website and enter your card number and PIN to view your balance.

To remove an e-gift card, simply click on "Archive" located at the top right corner of the card. This action will remove the card from your wallet.

Navigate to your "Profile" and locate the section labeled "Archived Gift Cards." From there, you can easily restore your archived e-gift cards back to your wallet.

Once an e-gift card has been sent, it is non-refundable.
