The Snaplii Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in connection with our services, including our mobile application, website, and any other related services and applications.

Invitation Service: If you use our invitation service to refer a friend to Snaplii, we collect your friend's email address and mobile phone number to send a one-time invitation and track the success of our referral program. Your friend can request removal of this information by contacting us at customerservice@snaplii.com.

Loan Application: When applying for a loan, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, loan purpose, and credit-related information from your Canadian credit bureau file. Additional information, such as telecommunications provider details or government-issued identification, may be requested to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering laws.

Pre-authorized Debit Agreement: When you sign up for pre-authorized debit payments, we collect your name, email, and financial information (institution number, transit number, account number, and routing number) to provide this service.

By using Snaplii, you consent to have your personal data transferred to and processed in Canada and the United States.

4. Use of Information Collected by Snaplii

Snaplii uses the information we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all features of Snaplii. We use your contact information for administrative and customer service purposes, to notify you of activity within Snaplii, and to send you notifications regarding new services we believe may be valuable to you. We use profile information and activity data to personalize your experience, understand and analyze usage trends, and create new features and functionality. Automatically collected technical information and cookies are used to track entries, monitor site usage, provide customized third-party advertisements, and analyze the effectiveness of Snaplii and third-party marketing activities. You may update your account information or opt out of transaction monitoring on registered payment cards by adjusting your settings or emailing customerservice@snaplii.com.

5. Consent

Knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, except where required or permitted by law. Providing Snaplii with your personal information is your choice, but not providing certain information may limit our ability to offer products or services. 6. Data Retention & Information Change or Removing

We store and process your personal and financial information and electronic correspondence through AWS. You can modify or delete certain profile information by logging into your account. Information will be promptly updated in active user databases. To deactivate your Snaplii account, edit your user account or email customerservice@snaplii.com. Removed information may exist in backup copies for a reasonable period but will not be generally available to users. Copies of your profile may remain viewable in cached and archived form or if shared publicly.

7. Information Collected from Your Mobile Provider

For security and identity purposes, we collect personally identifying information from your mobile provider. You authorize your mobile provider to disclose to Snaplii and its third-party service providers your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers, and other subscriber status and device details solely to verify your identity and prevent fraud during our business relationship.

8. Snaplii Website

When using the Snaplii website (www.snaplii.com), we place a "cookie" on your web browser. Cookies store information to enhance communication with you, respond to prior sessions, and understand your preferences. Cookies do not store passwords or payment method information. You can configure your browser to notify you when a cookie is placed, decline cookies, or delete existing cookies. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. However, choosing opt-out of information collection from the APP affects certain functions of the APP and benefits provided to customers.

You may verify its accuracy and completeness and request amendments if appropriate.
